  Scott, an employee, offered to help an elderly man in and out of his vehicle while I fueling. Customer service is lost now days, but Scott gave it a new meaning. Good job!

  I've stop at a lot of Love across this land and have never walk into such a surprise! Every where you Turn there was a BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMAN! All sizes smelling good as well as looking good hair done really professional!! With great personality to match! All women are beautiful but to see a store full of chocolate candy. Was something else. After a long day on the road a very wonderful way to end it. Thank you Love's for showing Black history all year!!! You go lady's keep it up. You'll are professional!!!

  Stopped here for my 30 minute break and the place had no water at all which meant no coffee and fountain drinks, no showers or restrooms, and the Arby's inside closed. I understand that's all the city's fault but what they can control is actually having hot dogs on their roller grills. One had a few on it that were still cooking and one was completely empty. There were none at all actually ready to eat because everybody was either at a register tending to customers or chit chatting. I picked up a bag of chips off of an end cap shelf and the bag had been split open straight down the back of the bag. Somehow I didn't spill the bag but it shouldn't have been there just opened like that so somebody could have. Another issue was the parking lot being completely trashed. I usually don't have a problem with a Love's Travel Stop and I see many of them. This one I'm pretty sure I'll bypass next time or go the TA across the street from it unless my company gives me a fuel stop here. I'll go so far to say out of all the truck stops I've been to across the country this is the worst one I've ever seen. Remember the President's alleged s**thole comments? I'm pretty sure that would apply here and it only got a star at all because I had to give it something.
